Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is offered to students 10-18 years old as well as adults. This class involves a workout that focuses on building strength and endurance. Various forms of aerobic and anaerobic exercises will be done in order to improve each participant's overall strength. Each exercise will be given with several options so that every participant can work at their own level. You can register online for the strength and condition class.

Zumba is a fun way to dance your way into shape! This Latin-inspired dance fitness class incorporates the rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaton, and many others to give you a heart-pounding, hip-shaking, sweat-inducing great time! Our Zumba class is offered to adults of all ages. Taught and run by Kristi Downing with FitPro Services.
Zumba classes are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Just drop in for $5 per class for the most fun workout you'll ever have!
