A Step Above Dance & Music Academy Announces their Holiday Show Auditions for: “A Lifetime of Christmas” A Lifetime of Christmas will blend multiple styles of dance in an original, heartfelt story. We are looking
for dancers of all ages, levels and styles! Thursday, May 31, 2012 at A Step Above Ages 5-9 5:00-5:45 p.m. Ages 10-14 5:45-6:30 p.m. 15-Adult 6:30-7:15 p.m. OR Saturday, June 2, 2012 at A Step Above Ages 5-9 12:00-12:45 p.m. Ages 10-14 12:45-1:30 p.m. 15-Adult 1:30-2:15 p.m.
Bring a recent non-returnable photo. There will be a $20 non-refundable audition fee. If performer is under 18 years old a parental signature is required on audition form.
All
auditions will involve ballet, jazz, lyrical and tap combinations. All dancers are asked to try all
combinations even if they don’t have training in all styles. Dancers should wear appropriate dance attire. If a dancer wishes to take part in our show but cannot make an audition please contact our office for your options. Performances will be on Saturday, December 15 & Sunday, December 16, 2012 2011 Holiday Show: A Lifetime of Christmas A unique, touching Holiday dance performance.  A Lifetime of Christmas had a wonderful debut on December 17, 2011. Our first two shows of our holiday show was a huge success thanks to all who performed and supported us! We were able to donate $2,500 to Project Ladybug, which is an organization that helps families with kids who are terminally ill. We look forward to another great performance in 2012! |
